Sunday Funday: 3/23 Stitch Fix Edition #1

Sunday Funday in the house!!

I am so excited for this Funday because I got my first Stitch Box this week!

I just learned about Stitch Box about a month ago and I knew I had to try it out. If you haven't heard about it, get cozy and prepare to be amazed! Stitch Fix is an online personal shopper just for you. You fill out an online profile of your clothing tastes, styles and price range. Then they send you a box of 5 hand picked items based on your style profile. You have a few days to try them on and get your friends and family to weigh in on the pieces. You keep what you like and return what you do not like.
It all comes in a pretty box with fancy paper.
There is also a nice note from your stylist!
Here's a sneak peek.
Two year old is not included.

So you are thinking...What's the catch? There really isn't a catch in my opinion.
It is $20 for each fix.
Whatever you keep you can deduct the $20 styling fee off the item(s).
If you love everything in your box you get 25% off the entire price.

Disclaimer- My husband took these pictures for me because I need remediation on selfies. We only have one full length mirror in the house and the lighting is terrible that room. To make a long story short, he said a lot of funny (read- inappropriate) things right before he snapped every picture. So I am cracking up in most of them.
The verdict- Yes! Thank You!

The verdict- No, thank you.

The verdict- No, thank you.

The verdict- Sweatshirt- No, thank you.
Jeans- fingers crossed for a different size!

Another great thing about Stitch Fix is when I "checkout" I go online and tell them what I liked and didn't like and why. This helps them guide their future choices for me. So cool, huh?
I also created a pinboard on Pinterest called "Stitch This" to help show my stylist the things I love!
Click here to check it out!
You'll see that I have an unhealthy obsession with polka dots and stripes!

This round I only kept the scarf which was $32.
I deduct the $20 styling fee from that and now
I have a beautiful new scarf for just $12.
I'm pleased as punch!

If Stitch Fix sounds like something you'd love to do be sure to head over there                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                            and read up on all the great info they share.

Remember to leave some love for two other link-up friends.

  1. You look great! I'm so jealous you have no snow. Our styles are similar so I'm interested in what Stitch Fix will send you next.
    Have a great week!

    Coffee Cups and Lesson Plans

  2. Stitch Fix is wildly popular. I signed up 2 weeks ago, and my package isn't coming until mid-May. I loved reading about what they sent you - your husband takes fine pictures, too.

  3. I keep hearing about Stitch Fix. It sounds like it would be perfect for me since I despise the mall and could definitely use a stylist! Maybe once I start selling more products on TPT I'll take the plunge.

    Not very fancy

  4. Wow! I've never even heard of Stitch Fix. How fun. You'll have to give us an update after you receive several boxes so we can how accurate your stylist turned out to be.

  5. Thanks for linking up! I love that striped hooded sweatshirt!

If you have a half a sec feel free to leave a comment. Thanks!
